I MUST NOT BE LAZY!



Yes! I got accepted to the University of Washington. Hopefully I can get through the fucking 3.5 or I will end up losing my India vacation and 4 years of decent education.




I can't wait for the vacation. It has been a long time since I went out for holiday..last time it was Thailand..But I had to go with my parents. So it turned out to be pretty dull. Now I'm gonna hang out with my sister and her gang(elite gang konon).

I have to admit things have been going pretty smooth lately. Ceh, but I am still not bulky enough..So I am going to purchase HORLEY'S ICE WHEY PROTEIN 800g cream vanila flavour for a more efficient muscle build-up. Imagine-for every 100g of ICE WHEY you get-90.1g of protein. HEHE. Now that's cool man, ICE WHEY uses cation technology to extract the purest protein so that there is virtually no fat and carbs in it. and my friend said it tastes great. YUMMY!!!

I stared at him and said," lolwut." Then I had no choice but to give it..It contained some racist remark and Nazi propagandas. LOLWUT!! I am in deep shit..heheh..

Vampire sexiness

Two of my fellow scholars have been accepted to U Wash. Congratulations to them! Meanwhile, I am still waiting for a review from U Wash because they haven't update my TOEFL score yet. =.='. I have to admit my super weak gpa(slightly below 3.5) is a big threat to my application. Nevertheless, I accept whatever outcomes that may occur. But I still think I might get through this U wash. Hopefully Khairil who loves U Wash soooo much will get the offer too. Gd luck mate!


Yes, I joined 3k gym. It was pretty good. But I have to admit I am such a lazy fucker I didn't want to do squats and deadlifts and only do the easy exercises like Biceps curl, supported bench press. Anyway okla,okla, I shall try to do the 3 basic steps next gym session(B.Press, Squats, D.Lifts- taught by Jonathan)...


Now I am half-way finishing the phenomenal Vampire novel by Charlaine Harris( Now in HBO, yes, I am a big fan). Nice storyline..although I prefer Bill Compton as Sookie's bf-not the shapeshifter Quinn...

Lulz stories

It has been an enjoyable week because I had some really good laughs. Firstly, I found out about skinny homo's no.1 fan( who is a guy of course, and he sits beside me in Econ 202 class). I have no comment for that bugger except that he's quite fat and not fit at all. Other than that, he looks like a pretty decent chap. Among his achievements are- 180 lbs, 170cm, rich family, passed gpa, a sweet faggotic smile. SO congratulations dear friend if everything goes well. if it doesnt that, well, you can always find someone better than that.



Joshua Gym decided to enroll at 3k gym. the fees are pretty affordable but the registration fees is a rip-off. 3k charges Rm190 for the registration fees. Monthly fees are Rm 80+ . But I don't really think I want to join him. I mean, weekends I won't be here. WASTEDLA FUCKER!! Anyways- I shall consider this proposal first.



Finally I always consider myself to be someone as charismatic as Himmler- SS chief, Hitler's no.1 advisor. We also look almost alike. Heil Third Reich!!

Little wimpy adventures

Hmm.. This week is pretty relaxful. I didn't study at all because there is no need to do so. I believe that humans can always use their rational brain to do a test if they're unprepared. But I am not implying that all the people I know are humans. You know, I know a bunch of weird-looking people( some pork, some elephant) etc.

ANYWAYS..finally I feel that I am starting to dominate the thtr class. This week the Mr.V complimented me for portraying a superb element of surprise in my part as a blood-traitor. At the beginning of my drama, I was a sissy wimp. But at the end of the drama I metamorphosised into a mad, blood-craving,friend-killer monster.( I enjoyed this role!!) In the next drama I am also going to be a badass bully who likes to hammer people and stuff their heads in the toilet bowl!

Then on Thursday Joshua and I went to the park to do 'ghetto workout'. Honestly I didn't perform that well. I only did 6 sets of 7 chin ups ,3 sets of 8 dips and 2 sets of 4 pull ups(EMBARRASSING). He did much more than mela but that fella has been training for 3 years and I expected him to be much more than only having 4-pacs. lol.

After the 'Ghetto' incident I went back home, hoping to do some 'extra exercises'. Suddenly the door opened and a nice-looking girl greeted me. Hah?! Then I looked into the house and I saw about nearly a dozen humans in the hall. It took me about 30 seconds to enter the house because I was quite transfixed on the spot because I didn't expect this kind of 'conservative crowd'.

Later, I went to CC to challenge Joshua(10A1) a game of DOTA. We played two games but didn't finish both because I pretty much thrashed him in both games. Come onla dei, 2.5 years of experience. Nobody in my house can even come near my skills(not even pig-hater Clown Tee).
After that we played Counter Strike. I owned Joshua in De Dust map but lose to the fella in the fyw ice world map.

After that I think we discussed about some hot JPA girls. Okla, we pretty much agree in most of the girl-choices because we both have good tastes. We voted one girl-I don't know her name- as the hottest JPA chick. I think she's part of the three-girl fraternity where one is fat,one is skinny, and one has bob hair.

Finally, I went to sleep today quite early after chit-chattingwith Anderson and Alfi( two tai-kos of the Guardian Angel club-where's my pendrive?) and made some extreme jokes about some girls.

EFFECTIVE CARDIOS

Step Aerobics - one of the most favorite cardio exercises preferred by women. Step Aerobics mainly target your legs, hips and glutes, and can burn approx. 400 calories in 30 minutes.

Bicycling - stationary or outdoors is a great
cardio exercises, depending on resistance and speed can but 250 to 500 calories in 30 minutes.

Swimming - like cross-country skiing is an excellent cardio exercises as it is a full body exercises. Swimming is a great cross-training for other cardio activities. Doing the breast stroke can burn approx. 400 calories in 30 minutes.

Running - Running is an excellent cardio exercises because all you need is a pair of quality running shoes. Running burns serious calories. A 145 LB person can easily burn 300 calories in 30 minutes.

Walking - Brisk walking is a less strenuous form of cardio exercises. Walking can burn up to 180 calories in 30 minutes. Sprinting, adding hills or an incline can increase amount of calories burned.
