Hi everyone, I'm back writing this last post before I depart to the USA in about 10-11 days time. 2 and a half months ago, I started cutting my body by changing my diet and incoporating cardio(although laziness took over and I ended up doing cardio only 2-3 times a week although I was supposed to do it everyday)
So, yea, because I did not do cardio eveyday, hence I failed to obtain 6 packs. However, I reduced my bodyfat from 20% to 13-14%(fit category, but not yet ripped). My body is quite impressive in Malaysia but is common in the States. So yeah, here's the pictures to show the differences between my physique before and after cutting.
