Simple Ghetto Workouts for NOOBS-Part 1

Firstly I would like to say that I am no tough guy(not yet). I am 6 foot tall, 155 lbs, and I am made up of 16% body fat(which is still average). But I would like to share some tips for all of you people who are in worse body conditions than me who would like to look better.

TIP 1:

You see, you can workout anywhere. You don't need to go to the gym to look normal. But you must make sure you stick to your daily schedule. For example, if you want to do cardio for 30 minutes, then make sure you spend exactly 30 mintues on it. Don't blackout or die halfway.

TIP 2:

Don't binge after a workout. You think you can burn more calories than you what you eat meh.
YOUR HEAD! A simple Snickers bar is equal to 280 calories. How long to run 280 calories?
I'm not sure but it will definitely take about half an hour for slow runners.

agreeable but the abudance of food of all sorts of variety has dramatically reduced the number of normal-looking humans
