This is my recently modified diet in order to gain weight:
Breakfast= 100g of peanut butter spread, 400ml of MUSCLETECH protein shake(1 scoop)
Lunch= rice with lots of mutton, iced milo
Tea= MUSCLECH protein(1 scoop), 1 squiggle, 2 cakes
Dinner= rice with 2 pieces of quarter chicken and egg, iced milo, watermelon, ice cream
Supper= 100g peanut butter spread, MUSCLETECH protein(1 scoop)
This diet might still not amount to 3000 calories a day, but it is definitely above 2000 calories a day
To all you skinny fuckers out there copy my diet if you want to gain weight. Fatasses, take half of what I eat you roadblocks!
