Recently I just got insulted from a new trainer in 3K gym. He is a huge Kadazan guy who has 20" arms. After analyzing my body he scolded me for only focusing a lot on the biceps and ignoring the shoulder and triceps. So, after that, he forced me to train my shoulders. He asked me to use damn heavy weights like 15 kg for each hand for shoulder press. I struggled but I never gave up. He said I will look decent in 1 month time. I hope so.
I want to tell the rest of my story but I have to eat now. Cya lol.
