
Some of my friends recently commented that I had reduced my bodyfat when they see me half-naked. Well, this is true. My bodyfat is around 15-16%, with the upper abs outline out. I managed to reduce 3-4% bf in a month through heavy lifting, cardio, and a lot of ab crunches.
However, my body weight is only 73kg, so I reckon I would not be further reducing my bf. I will try my best to maintain it while I put on another 5kg in the coming 2 months. I need to increase my weight to 78kg to gain some muscle mass and strength. I already bought 2 mass gainers which will assist me in doing that.
Well, some of you may think you are not too fat although you have something protruding out of your abdomen. NOT TRUE! For guys, if you have zero seeable abs but a flat stomach, chances are you are 18-20% bf. If you have a fat stomach(even though you have skinny arms and body) you might be 23%+. I pity these guys because they have imba bodies and thus zero sex appeal. I used to be a little like that in form 5 when I had a big tummy but skinny arms(no sports, no workout, was too busy mugging the whole day to get my 12As), and I understand how it is to feel imba. Life can be harsh. And when you're imba, it's far, far worse than light-bulb-shaped bodybuilders( bodybuilders who have huge body but small legs) who still gets higher respect than average-bodied people.
